Shimla May, 22: HPCC president Sukhwinder Sukhu, not enjoying the best of relations with Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, presented a show of strength at Dharamsala today. The HPCC organized a ‘Shaheed Samman Samaroh’ to commemorate the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
A large numbers of Congress workers turned up for the event from different parts of Kangra district. The rally started from Sangam park in Kotwali bazaar. He also alleged the most the schemes being propagated as achievements by the present NDA government like Aadhar card and direct transfer of subsidy to people were initiated by the previous UPA government. Sukhu said that there was no division in Congress in the state and party would be voted back to power in the forthcoming elections.
