Today is Children’s Day and as Khurki loves the tinsel town, it dedicates this day to the Bollywood star kids!
Let’s start by remembering all the star kids we know of – Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, the sister duo Kareena and Karisma Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and so on.
But here are some faces who aren’t that prominent as their parents, but are trying way too hard.
1. Soniya Mehra
To begin with, here’s this girl whom you have seen in movies such as Victoria No.203, Ragini MMS2. She starred in UTV’s Bombay High and has also presented as a VJ on MTV India in the year 2011-2012. She did various shows such as MTV Grind, MTV News, MTV Style Check, etc. She was in news for her steamy scene with Imran Khan during the movie Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
Although not that famous, but she belongs to a parenthood which was surely glorified in the yesteryears. Yep – that’s Soniya Mehra, the daughter of our beloved Vinod Mehra.
2. Nidhi Dutta
Next on the list is a girl who has lost a good 26 kilos for a debut in her father’s film.
Meet Nidhi Dutta, the daughter of Bindiya Goswami and film maker JP Dutta.
Nidhi is all set for her debut in the movie ‘Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le.’
3. Ajit Sodhi
Next on list we have a charismatic face who has been cast opposite Nidhi Dutta for JP Dutta’s upcoming film. His looks are very international and I personally am eagerly waiting for him to come on screen.
He is no other than Ajit Sodhi, son of former Miss India Nafisa Ali.
4. Trishala Dutt
Up next is a lady who hit headlines when she said she would do films even if her dad didn’t approve of it. Her dad, for sure, isn’t a normal father from a middle-class family who would ultimately accept the zid of his daughter. Yes, I am talking about Trishala Dutt.
She is the daughter of our Munna Bhai, Sanjay Dutt. Trishala was fond of Hindi films, but ultimately kept away from them as Sanjay didn’t approve of it.
5. Barbie Handa
Born as Mannara, Barbie is from the Chopra clan. She made her Bollywood debut in Anubhav Sinha’s erotic thriller Zid.
6. Meera Chopra
Another one form the Chopra family is Meera Chopra. She will be seen playing the youngest and the prettiest ghost in Gang of Ghosts.
Meera was reportedly in news for the murder suspicion of a woman named Ruchi Bhuttan, whose husband, as reports say, was dating Meera for some time.
7. Athiya Shetty
Another new kid on the block is the daughter of Suniel Shetty, who recently made her debut in the remake of ‘Hero’ opposite another star kid Suraj Pancholi.
8. Anmol Thakeria
Poonam Dhillon’s son Anmol Thakeria is also set for a debut in Bollywood this year. He is seen accompanying his mother to various award functions, etc.
9. Shivam Hingorani
Next one is Shivam Hingorani, son of the 90s hottie Anita Raj. Shivam has already been an assistant director in movies like Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Agneepath. He wants to successfully direct movies before making his acting debut.
10. Priyank Sharma
Seen below, with his mother Padmini Kolhapure, is Priyank Sharma, her only child. Priyank is preparing for a debut but with a bang, so for now he is just waiting.
11. Abhimanyu
Bhagyashree’s son Abhimanyu was in news for a debut last year and sources said that he was being supported by our very own Salman Khan. But we could see him nowhere, so maybe it was just a rumour.
12. Ishaan Khattar
Shahid Kapoor’s half brother, Ishaan Khattar, is all grown up now. Seen below is his insta pic and I must admit he too, like his brother, looks very chocolaty.
Ishaan is the son of Neelima Azeem and Pankaj Kapoor.
13. Sanah Kapoor
Another one from Pankaj Kapoor’s family is Sanah Kapoor, who has just debut with Shaandaar, with brother Shahid and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.
14. Sara Ali Khan
Sara is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. She is said to have been flooded with phone calls by producers after her magazine photoshoot with her mother. Sara will probably debut with a YRF project soon.
15. Junaid Khan
Junaid is the eldest son of Aamir Khan from his ex-wife Reena Dutta. Junaid had made his Bollywood debut as an assistant director to Raj Kumar Hirani in the movie PK.
16. Rinzing
Danny Denzongpa’s only son and heir-apparent Rinzing was all set to join his father’s brewery business until the B-town bug bit him. He is now training hard for his debut.
17. Rajvir Deol
The macho man of Hindi cinema, Sunny Deol’s son, Rajvir has already entered the Bollywood industry as an assistant director.
18. Sasha Agha
Up next is a hottie, Sasha Agha, daughter of yesteryear hot property Salma Agha. She made her screen debut with a leading role in the 2013 Aditya Chopra romantic thriller Aurangzeb, a box office flop where Agha’s performance was panned.
19. Jhanvi Kapoor
In the pic below is a mother-daughter duo which is so warm. Meet Jhanvi Kapoor with her beautiful mother Sridevi.
Sources tell us that Karan Johar, who has launched careers of Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt, is ready to mentor Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s daughter.
It seems the filmmaker has known the Kapoor girl for quite some time now. But has now felt it to be the perfect time for her to enter the Hindi film industry. It is also heard that Karan wants a promising newcomer in his film opposite Jhanvi.
