Shinde said unity is the way forward in Himachal Pradesh. He downplayed the ongoing open war between the CM and Sukhu and said, “I will sort out everything like I did in 1993 when there were differences between Sukhramji and Virbhadra. I have just taken charge. I will visit Shimla on August 3 or 4 and will talk to everyone. Everything will be resolved. We will all be united and we will win the elections.

”Congress general secretary also made light of an alleged letter six Himachal MLAs are said to have written against the CM to the party leadership. “I have not seen any such letter,” Shinde said.Earlier at a meeting of Congress Legislature Party in Shimla, all MLAs had reposed faith in the leadership of Virbhadra Singh.Though Shinde swore by state organization’s unity today, all eyes were on CM Virbhadra Singh and his next move. The CM was silent today and was seen flashing smiles standing alongside Sukhu.
