As always, Google Doodle stands apart in every way – from creativity to uniqueness. But this International Women’s Day, Google went a step further. They introduced us to the women around the globe with their aspirations.

The Google Doodle team went to 13 cities & 337 girls and women to complete the sentence “One Day I Will…” & then made this video. Cities included San Francisco, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Lagos, Moscow, Cairo, Berlin, London, Paris, Jakarta, Bangkok, New Delhi and Tokyo.

Women from different backgrounds, age groups & cultures were given the same sentence. And of course, their aspirations varied from being able to find more digits of pi, to becoming a mother, to giving a voice to those who can’t speak.

The video also includes anthropologist Jane Goodall, who wants to discuss the environment with the Pope, and Nobel Prize Winner Malala Yousafzai and activist Muzoon Almellehan, who are working fearlessly toward a future where every girl can go to school.

Every woman in this video has a dream, which is not difficult to bring to reality. If we all support, encourage and work together with women, the day is not far where the world will become the best in the world. Make sure this video reaches every girl/woman in your life. So try that this International Women’s Day, you make an effort towards making these dreams of women around you turn into reality.
