For time immemorial, women have been used as an object to sell the product through savvy advertising tricks and by far the gender roles have been compartmentalised. Such advertising isn’t bad, but it’s that it has been morphed into something that is no longer idealized or representative or desirable to a generation of educated consumers who are becoming keenly aware of the psychology and truth in advertising.
Don’t you think advertising would become ridiculous if men were used as sex objects the way women are… but only slightly. 😉
