The palace is located in Lhasa valley, on top of the MarpoRi Hill. It was built in 637 by Emperor Songtsen Gampo. A lot of other structures have been added to it since then.

This palace is located on an island, close to the Normandy Coast. When the tide comes in it gets totally cut off from the main land. The castle gets more than three million visitors every year.

This might be the only palace that is located in a cave. The castle is located in Slovania and it dates back to thirteenth century.
3 Neuschwanstein Castle, the Fairytale’s Castle
This is one of the most famous royal palaces in the world. It is located in Bavaria and it dates back to 1869. The castle looks out of a fairy tale, with its spires and towers. It is perfectly located at the Pullat River gorge.
2 The fascinating Matsumoto Castle
This is what an original Japanese castle looks like. Many towers and turrets have been added to it over the years. It also has turret for viewing the moon.
1 The Dracula’s castle – Hunyad Castle
This castle is located in Romania and it is believed that Dracula was kept as a prisoner here, for seven years. The building is huge and made in Gothic style. The myriad windows, the towers and balconies give it an eerie look.
