If sources are to be believed, Deepika Padukone stayed close to rumoured beau Ranveer Singh’s side for an entire night at a Khar hospital after he underwent surgery for a shoulder injury.
The actor hurt himself while shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and was advised to seek medical help. He was discharged on Sunday afternoon and his ladylove made a quiet exit from the back door to avoid the paparazzi.
A source says:Â “Deepika arrived at the hospital on Saturday around 9 pm and stayed by Ranveer’s side till he was discharged yesterday (Sunday) at 12.30 pm. He posed for photographers while leaving the hospital with his parents and in the meanwhile, Deepika left through the back exit. As the hospital is in a residential area, she was able to leave discreetly.”
In 2013, when Ranveer was undergoing treatment for dengue, Dippy paid him a visit with special permission from the hospital authorities.
